1. How can I return or exchange my order?

If you notice any problem when you receive your package, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Depending on the nature and severity of the problem, we will be able to choose the best option in order to solve the problem efficiently and quickly.

* Please note, it is strongly recommended not to leave a product near a heat source. We cannot refund or exchange a product damaged by misuse or if it has been stored incorrectly by the customer.


2. Can I return a product If I already used it?

Since these are cosmetic products and all of our products are sealed, we do not accept any returns of opened products except in very specific cases. Please contact us by email before returning any product to us. .


3. If the company accepts the return of my product, will I be refunded?

For all returned products, you will receive a credit of the same amount applicable for a future purchase on

4. Do I have to return the defective product for a refund?

Whatever the problem, all exchanged or refunded products must be returned to the company. Until we have received the problematic products in the mail, we cannot refund or exchange the products in question.


Our products are handmade in our workshop located in Bedford, Canada.


All the ingredients we use are 100% natural and biodegradable.


Our products are 100% vegan and are not tested on animals.
