1. What are the delivery times?
Once your order is received in our system, it is processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday to Thursday between 9am and 3pm.
Once your package has been shipped, Canada Post delivery times are:
Local: 1 to 2 business days* (Eastern Townships)
Regional: 1 to 3 business days* (Greater Montreal / Rest of Quebec)
National: from 2 to 7 working days*
* The indicated deadlines are guaranteed by Canada Post. Although the times provided are usually reliable, we are not responsible for delays caused by our carrier. Packages are shipped from Bedford in the Eastern Townships.

3. What happens if Canada Post loses my package?
It is important to note that we do not track all orders until they reach their destination. In the rare case that Canada Post loses your package, it is important to contact us to report the situation. We will take care of contacting Canada Post and carrying out the investigation.* If it turns out that your package was indeed lost by Canada Post, we will send you another package for free.
* All our parcels are delivered without signature with the mention to the deliverer not to leave in a safe place if you are absent. All orders have tracking numbers. If this number tells us that the package has been delivered, unfortunately we will not be able to resend your order or make a refund.
4. What happens if Canada Post damages my package?
When you or one of the people in your household receives the package from Canada Post, it is your duty to inspect the package and check if the box has holes or other apparent problem in order to report it directly to the delivery person on site.
If the products are damaged, please take pictures of the package and the products and contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the order.
5. Can I track my order online?
Yes! All our packages have a tracking number with Canada Post. When the order is shipped, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link.
6. Is there a way to speed up the processing and shipping of my order?
If, by any reason, you would like to receive your order faster, you can select our express shipping that is 14,95$. If you have any questions regarding our delays, feel free to contact us.
